These sessions are important because they assist me in evaluating if I will be able to help you work toward your goals, and it also gives you the opportunity to see if you feel comfortable working with me. My services may be covered by insurance. I am an in-network Blue Cross Blue Shield provider for the PPO & Traditional plans. Because every health insurance plan is different, you are strongly encouraged to call your insurance carrier or review your insurance policy to be sure you understand your benefits. In-network insurance claims will be filed directly by the practice and you will be responsible for the copay and any deductible.
For individuals choosing not to use insurance, or who have an insurance plan for which I would be considered an out-of-network provider, the fee per session is $135. I will provide you with the information that you need to submit the paperwork to your insurance company for reimbursement.
In instances of proven financial hardship or limited resources, I may consider reducing my fee per session for services provided.
Cancellation policy: As a courtesy, I would request that you cancel your appointment within a reasonable amount of time. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee of $135, unless there is an emergency or extenuating circumstances.
